Terms and Conditions for Beslag Design's Social Media Competitions

Would you like to participate in our online competitions? Please read these terms carefully to ensure you understand and agree to the rules that apply to competitions hosted on Beslag Design’s social media platforms.

General information

• To participate, you must be registered and residing in Sweden or Norway and be at least 18 years old.
• By entering our competitions, you accept and agree to these terms below.

Beslag Design (“Beslag Design,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is the organizer of all competitions held on our digital channels on Meta (Instagram and Facebook, “@beslagdesign”). Our competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, supported by, or administered by Meta or its platforms.

Competition Rules and Winners

• Information about each competition’s prizes, rules, and duration will be specified in the respective competition post on our digital channels.
• To participate, you must follow the rules outlined in the specific competition post. 
• Winners are selected randomly by Beslag Design, provided that: 
  - The competition entry meets the requirements for the specific competition.
  - The entry contains the correct/closest answer or the best justification according to the competition’s criteria.
• If a winner cannot be reached despite three reminders or if contact is impossible, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant according to ranking decisions. 
• Maximum one prize per household per competition round. 
• Beslag Design’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed. 

Employees of Beslag Design or its partners are not eligible to participate. 

Personal Data
We are responsible for the personal data collected in connection with the competitions. The data will only be used to administer the competition and will be deleted thereafter.

• Winners will be contacted via personal/direct messages from our official Instagram or Facebook accounts.
• We may need to collect the full first and last name, address, and mobile number to send the prize.
• Personal data will not be stored or shared for commercial purposes.

Prizes and Liability

• The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to replace the prize if necessary. 
• Any applicable prize tax is the responsibility of the winner.

Rights and Reservations

• We reserve the right to: 
  - Modify competition rules and conditions if necessary.
  - Cancel or terminate the competition at any time.
  - Correct any typographical errors.
