Hi Felicia! Tell us, what is your role at Beslag Design?
- Previously I was one of the team leaders in the Plock & Pack department, but last winter I took over the responsibility for goods reception. Together with my colleagues Robin and William, we handle all incoming goods. We make sure that everything is unpacked, handed in and shipped out on time so that the pickers can quickly find their warehouse location.
How long have you worked at Beslag Design?
- I have worked here for 8 years.
How would you describe Beslag Design as a company?
- When I started here 8 years ago, it was a small cozy company and there weren't that many of us who worked here if you compare to today. In the warehouse, for example, we were around 10 people and today we are probably 25. It has been enormous fun to be part of when Beslag Design has grown so quickly in such a short time. Very exciting things are happening all the time and it's fun to be a part of it.
We have understood that you have a very good team feeling in the warehouse overall. What would you say is the success of it?
- I believe that success is mainly communication, that we listen and include everyone. That together with a lot of pep and positivity, that will get you far. Then, of course, it is also an advantage that we all click so well and like to see each other outside of work.
And finally, the classic question, if you have to choose a favorite from the range. Which one will it be and why?
- Lecco is probably my favorite. I think black handles and knobs are much sharper, and also stylish.
