Beslag Design AB, a prominent player in fittings and interior products, announces today that they have entered into an acquisition agreement with Salix Group AB – a customer-focused trading group that actively operates, develops and acquires operations in construction and industry. The acquisition applies to 100% of the company and gives Beslag Design the opportunity to operate within a broader context and continue its journey towards a new era of growth and expansion. Beslag Design has, since its inception in 1972, been run as a family business for three generations and has established itself as an industry leader in fittings and interior products for both the own home and the public environment. After over 50 years of business within the family, the owners are now taking the strategic step of enabling the company to grow and broaden its business.
