Form meets function – Discover our latest custom-designed innovations

Form meets function in our latest release of handles and knobs, designed by Beslag Design's product developers – crafted to both embellish and enhance the functionality of every room. These products are the result of a meticulous design process with a focus on ergonomics and aesthetics.

First sketches – Ideas take shape

The design phase is crucial for shaping handles and knobs that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. A thoughtful design ensures that the products are not only elegant but also comfortable to use. This is where Kristian Gunnemo, who has been a central part of our product development team for 11 years, comes into the picture.

"The challenge in design work is to find the right balance between functionality and a form with appealing qualities that make the product stand out from the crowd. At the same time, one must also consider an efficient and sustainable manufacturing process." – Kristian Gunnemo

"The first time someone touches the Ethel handle, the reaction is often the same: 'Wow, how comfortable it is!' This is the result of meticulous design that focuses on both user comfort and style."
