Beslag Design Signatures – our own design, brought together in a distinct signature

Beslag Design Signatures brings together our in-house developed products, from handles and knobs to hooks, bathroom accessories and other carefully considered details for both private and public spaces. This is where our own design takes full expression, where ideas evolve into finished products and where we work with design, feel and quality on our own terms.



Design with a clear origin

Developing our own products is not just about expanding the range. It is about creating something that carries our identity. Products that feel considered in every detail and that contribute to the overall impression of a space or project.

Signatures is a clear expression of our design identity. The products are developed by our in-house product team in Båstad, rooted in Scandinavian design tradition and with a contemporary perspective on how details are used in everyday life.

Here, proportions, lines and materials meet in a consistent design language. The result is products where every detail is carefully considered, both visually and functionally.

From first line to finished product.



From need and idea to first sketch

A new product can begin in different ways. Sometimes we start from a clear customer insight, sometimes from an idea or a direction we want to explore further. Regardless of the starting point, the ambition remains the same. To create something that adds value, both visually and functionally.

 
Design with a focus on the whole

During the design phase, several aspects are crucial. Proportions, grip, expression and simplicity are balanced to find the right result. It is about creating products that are not only visually appealing, but that also function in everyday use. A knob or a handle should feel right, both in the hand and in the space.

A great deal of time is dedicated to details. This can involve small adjustments in form, how light interacts with a surface, or how different materials meet. It is often the small details that make the greatest difference.

New Spa Floors at Varbergs Kusthotell

In May 2026, Varbergs Kusthotell opened the first phases of its new spa floors. The carefully renovated spaces have been developed with respect for the building’s history, where generous ceiling heights, large windows and airy rooms allow natural light to flow throughout the property. The interiors are characterised by light tones, natural materials and a calm Nordic atmosphere, with the sea ever-present just beyond the windows. Throughout the project, the T Oliver knob reappears as a unifying design detail.
