The sensor activates immediately upon detecting motion within its detection radius. After approximately 180 seconds without any detected motion, the sensor automatically turns off the lighting, saving energy and extending the fixture's lifespan.

With its sharp detection capability, the PIR Sensor Nexus is particularly recommended for mounting in cabinets. Turn the light on and off smoothly every time you open or close the cabinet door.
